"Use one source file to create multiple encoded versions"
Written By
Adobe Media Encoder

Adobe Media Encoder is a powerful application built on a simple principle: automate the process of creating multiple encoded versions from a single source file. In other words, you can have a different output video format for a same project. Adobe Media Encoder perfectly integrates with other programs of the Adobe Suite, and it is even included in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and Adobe Prelude.

Adobe Media Encoder includes different presets organized by categories and by devices, ensuring you can easily and quickly find the best settings for encoding a video.; for example for an Android device, or for YouTube. It is worth to mention that if you don't want to use the templates, all the settings can be specified manually for each project, and these can saved as a new template.

Adobe Media Encoder lets you apply settings to a folder, so all the files selected in that folder will be automatically encoded with those pre-defined settings; this functionality also supports a batch mode. You can also set the program to save the output files in a specific folder or even send them to a dedicated FTP server. Additionally, Adobe Media Encoder offers support for ARRIRAW, RED EPIC and RED Scarlet-X.
