DFD

DFD is an application that lets you create data flow diagrams, which you can use to graphically represent a wide range of algorithms,execute them, and debug them if any errors were found. With this program, you will be able to save the diagrams to your hard drive or to print them out. Data flow diagrams, also known as DFD, are used to represent algorithms and other similar processes, and can be used to solve problems from a computer. In other words they provide you with a way to visualize the form in which data is being processed.

In DFD's top bar you will find the elements that are essential to build diagrams. You will have a template as a base to start making the flow chart and there will be a start and end state. All of the elements and processes are connected by arrows. If you want to see whether your diagram works, you simply press the [F9] button. You can also use the start and stop controls to evaluate each step of the flow chart.
