"One of the most secure FTP clients with extra functions for SSH connections"
Written By
WinSCP

FTP transfers can be insecure many times and get intercepted or hijacked by some third-party, as they have not been designed for secure transfers we can fully trust on. For that reason we recommend WinSCP.

This FTP client can be the securest of its type, being capable of getting connected via SFTP to any service that would allow it by implementing SSH. Its graphic interface offers all the essential security features plus some extra ones for the most secure transfers. In fact, it has drag & drop support for files in Windows.

One of the reasons for being a secure FTP client is that besides of supporting normal FTP protocols it also supports key protocols: SCP and SFTP over SSH-1 and SSH-2. Moreover, it also brings complete SSH password and Kerberos (GSS) authentication support.

Thanks to these and other additional features, WinSCP can perform great FTP file transfers.
